DS Warner School – Peru
In 2000, PiM partnered with the Chepen Church in Peru to establish a Christian school that serves students from 3-year-old Kindergarten through 6th grade. It took eight years to complete the construction of the four-story building. The school enrolls approximately 180 students each year. After finishing 6th grade, students typically transfer to public schools, where most rank in the top 10% of their class.
The school is equipped with advanced technology, having three times the number of computers per student compared to public schools in Peru. Each classroom features interactive smart boards, TV monitors, and security cameras.
Chepen is a city of 50,000 residents, and the school is well-known for its outstanding achievements. During special events, the street in front of the school is often closed, and the mayor frequently pays visits. The school sometimes utilizes the entire plaza block for activities, allowing citizens to observe and celebrate alongside the students and staff. Recently, the school acquired the lot between the church and the school building for further expansion.

Santa Maria Update
We appreciate everyone who has already contributed to the earthquake relief efforts. Your generosity is making a difference during this challenging time. Our dedicated team in Guatemala can reach the village once a week, but this is only possible when the road is open for a few hours each day. It is estimated that it will take approximately six months to repair the town’s water supply.
WE NEED YOUR HELP!
To continue delivering essential supplies, we need additional funding. Our team in Guatemala is providing weekly support to 50 families, with each trip costing approximately $88 per family to deliver much-needed food and water to those in need. We will continue sending money through December until the waterlines are repaired. Please consider donating to the earthquake relief. We’ve added that option on our Tithely page. If you would like more information, please contact me at karla41973@gmail.com.
